Know who is actually coming
Three buttons instead of three hundred messages. The count is live, and the waitlist fills the gap when somebody drops.
DELHI NCR · BUILT WITH RIDING CLUBS
Running the ride isn't. Calypr is one app for planning rides, keeping the pack together and getting everybody home — built with the clubs who have been doing it the hard way for years.
THE UNWRITTEN WORK
The problem is what it costs the two or three people who make it work. Here is an ordinary week.
Announce the ride. Then answer the same three questions forty times.
Read three hundred messages to arrive at one number.
Manage a cap, a waitlist, and three drop-outs at eleven at night.
Give the restaurant a breakfast number you cannot be sure of.
Chase payments through screenshots in a direct message.
Count helmets in the dark at the start point.
Settle lead, sweep and marshals in the last four minutes.
Work out where a rider is when he is not at the stop.
Close the ride with a final count, if anybody remembers.
Assemble the recap by hand from three people's photographs.
None of this is riding.
ONE RIDE, CREATED ONCE
Route, time, start point, stops, cap and breakfast — entered once. The WhatsApp message and the post write themselves.
Going, maybe, not going. A live count anyone can see, and a waitlist that promotes the next rider on its own.
Membership, ride and breakfast money through a gateway. Receipts issued. One screen of who has not paid.
A code or a QR at the start point. Exactly who is on the ride, known in ninety seconds.
Captain, Lead, Sweep and Marshal, assigned on Thursday. Live pack view and a head count that does the arithmetic.
Final attendance taken at the end, with nothing left to reconcile afterwards.
The recap made for you. The ride filed. Every rider’s count and badges updated.
A spreadsheet. Four WhatsApp groups. And one person's Saturday night.
WHY CALYPR
Three buttons instead of three hundred messages. The count is live, and the waitlist fills the gap when somebody drops.
Riders check in with a code at the start point. You and every marshal see the same head count, the whole way.
Captain, Lead, Sweep and Marshal, assigned before engines start and visible on every rider’s phone.
An emergency profile on every rider. A missing-rider flag with last known location. SOS that never sends without the rider confirming it.
Payments through a gateway, receipts issued automatically, and one list of who still owes what.
Close the ride and the recap is ready to post. The archive files itself. Counts and badges update on their own.
THE PRODUCT
Big targets, high contrast, and the number that matters where you can see it at a glance. Screens shown are from the product design.
BUILT FOR RIDERS
The first turn onto the highway, when the city is still asleep and the road is yours for twenty minutes.
The road somebody mentioned once that turns out to be the best thing you ride all year.
Finding people who care about this as much as you do, and then finding out they are better company than the bikes.
The breakfast. The stories afterwards. The next one already being planned before anyone has paid the bill.
That is the thing we are building around. Not the software.
FOR CLUB ADMINS
Every club worth riding with already runs on a code nobody wrote down — assign a sweep, count everybody back, ride to the slowest rider, warn the people behind you. Calypr didn't invent any of it. It is that code, turned into software.
CLUBS AND COMMUNITIES
We would rather be corrected by people who have been organising rides for years than guess. Tell us what running yours actually takes.
We read every one of these ourselves — there is no sales team. Somebody from Calypr will come back to you on WhatsApp.

RIDES
Everything about Sunday in one place — the route, the time, the stops, the roles, and who is actually coming. Open it on Thursday, open it again at the pump.
HOW A RIDE WORKS
Rides published by clubs near you, with the route and how many are going.
One tap. Going, maybe, not going — and the pillion, if there is one.
Check in with a code at the start point. The captain knows you are there.
Roles assigned, pack on one screen, hazards from the riders ahead.
The ride closes with a final count. The recap writes itself.

CLUBS AND COMMUNITIES
Clubs here have been running disciplined group rides for years with a spreadsheet, four WhatsApp groups and one very patient admin. Nothing on this page says you are doing it wrong. It says you should not have to do it by hand.
Bring your clubRUNNING THE CLUB
Registration and approval, rider profiles with bike and emergency details, a digital membership card and a directory that stays current because riders keep it current.
Create once with route, time, start point, stops, cap and breakfast. Publish to members or to everyone.
RSVP with a live count, a waitlist that promotes itself, and check-in at the start point by code or QR.
Captain, Lead, Sweep and Marshal, assigned before the ride and visible to every rider. Each marshal sees their own group.
Membership, ride and breakfast payments through a gateway, receipts issued, and one list of who still owes.
Every ride archived with riders, route, distance and photographs. Rider counts and badges that keep themselves.
GROW YOUR CLUB
Most clubs grow by someone bringing a friend. That works, slowly, and it means the rider who moved to Gurugram last month and does not know anybody is riding alone on Sunday.
Be findable. Your club has a page riders can find by city and by the kind of riding you do — not by knowing somebody already.
Publish the ride, not a poster. A public ride is discoverable. Riders see the route, the pace and how many are going before they ask to join.
Post without the Monday work. Close the ride and the recap is ready — riders, kilometres, destination, photographs. You still write the caption. Everything else is done.
TELL US WHAT YOU RUN

FEATURES
Everything listed here is in the product. Where something is designed but not yet shipped, it says so.
DISCOVER
Rides published by clubs in your city, with the route, the start time and how many are going.
Communities that ride the way you want to ride, instead of asking around for an invite.
Build the route with the stops that matter — fuel, breakfast, the photo point.
Fuel, mechanics, food and places to stay, along the road you are actually riding.
RIDE
Route, time, start point, stops, rider cap and breakfast, all entered in one place.
Going, maybe, not going. Everybody sees the same number without scrolling a chat.
Set the limit. When somebody drops, the next rider is notified automatically.
A code or a QR. Who is on the ride, known in ninety seconds.
Every rider on one screen with a running head count, so the captain can watch the road.
Captain, Lead, Sweep and Marshal. Each marshal sees their own group and the riders in it.
COMMUNITY
Riders apply, you approve. No forms pasted into a spreadsheet.
Bike details, documents and an emergency contact, kept current by the rider.
Proof of membership on the phone, not a laminated card in a drawer.
Who rides with you, what they ride, and how often.
Ten rides. Twenty-five. Fifty. Earned on the road, counted automatically.
SAFETY
Blood group, emergency contact and anything a first responder should know, on every rider.
Hold it and your location goes to the pack, then to your contacts. Nothing is ever sent without you confirming it.
A marshal flags a rider who is not at the stop and sees their last known location.
Share your ride with anyone — partner, parent, a friend. It stops sharing when you arrive.
Diesel, gravel, a crater, a closure. Reported once, seen by everyone behind you, and they expire on their own.
What happened, where, and what was done — so the club learns from it instead of retelling it.
CLUB MANAGEMENT
Membership, ride and breakfast money through a gateway, with receipts and a pending list.
Who has opted in, who has paid, and the final number to send the restaurant.
Reminders, changes and delays pushed to the people on the ride.
Change something in the ride and the app writes the WhatsApp message for you.
Upcoming rides, registrations, attendance, pending payments and new members, on one screen.
HISTORY
Final attendance, taken at the end rather than reconstructed on Monday.
Every ride, with riders, route, distance and photographs.
Years of rides in one place instead of scrolling back through a chat.
Riders, kilometres, destination and photos, ready to post the moment the ride closes.

SUPPORT
One address, read by people who ride. No ticket number, no bot.
support@pelotrix.com
Anything about your account, your club, a ride or a payment.
support@pelotrix.com
Tell us your phone model and what you were doing when it broke. It reaches a person, not a queue.
Call the emergency services.
Calypr notifies people. It does not dispatch help. Do not wait on an app. Once help is on the way, write to support@pelotrix.com and we will do whatever we can with the ride data.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
No. You can use Calypr on your own to find rides, plan routes and share a live ride link. Clubs get a lot more out of it, but nothing is locked behind one.
We have not set pricing yet. When we do, we will say so here and tell anybody already using it before it changes.
Write to support@pelotrix.com from the address on the account and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.
They apply from the club page. An admin approves. The rider fills in their own profile — bike, documents, emergency contact — so the club is not retyping it.
Yes. A club chooses whether its rides are public, visible to members only, or invitation-only.
Yes. Most riders are.
Anybody with the right role in a club. An individual rider can plan a route for themselves without creating a club ride.
The waitlist takes over. If someone drops, the next rider on the list is notified automatically.
Yes. Everybody registered is notified, and the app writes you an update message to send to the group.
That is exactly who we built it for. Tell us what you run today and we will work out how to bring it across without losing your history.
The club. If you leave, you take your member list and ride history with you.
Through a payment gateway, inside the app. Receipts are issued automatically and the admin sees one list of who has paid and who has not.
No. Payments settle to the club’s own account.
Holding SOS shares your exact location with the pack first, then with your emergency contacts. It is a notification, not a dispatch.
No. Calypr notifies people. It does not contact emergency services and does not replace calling them. In an emergency, call the emergency services yourself.
No. Escalation always requires you to confirm it. There is no silent send and no automatic alarm.
Calypr keeps working for what does not need the network — your route, the plan, the roles. Anything that has to reach other people waits and goes out when you have signal again. Do not rely on an app to carry a message it cannot send.
Your location is shared while you are on a ride, with the people on that ride. A live ride link you send to someone outside the ride stops when you arrive. You can turn sharing off at any time.
Notifications are about rides you have joined and clubs you belong to. You control the rest.
Yes, and it is designed to. Calypr writes the update, you paste it into the group. The app is the source of truth; WhatsApp stays the conversation.
Android and iOS. We test on mid-range Android first, because that is what most riders carry.
Location on a long ride uses power. Carry a charger on anything over 200 km — you should anyway.
support@pelotrix.com, with your phone model and what you were doing when it happened. It goes to a person.
STILL STUCK?
We would rather have the email than have you work around it.

ABOUT CALYPR
Calypr exists because the best thing about riding in this country is the people, and the worst thing about organising it is everything else.
Somewhere in every riding club there are two or three people who make Sunday happen. They post the ride. They read the messages. They manage the cap, the waitlist, the breakfast number and the money. They count helmets in a dark petrol pump at twenty to six. They are the last to eat and the first to be called when something goes wrong.
Nobody thanks them, and nobody has built them anything. So they use a spreadsheet, four WhatsApp groups and a great deal of patience — and it works, because they are good at it.
We think that is the wrong price for a Sunday.
The code already exists. Assign a sweep. Count everybody back. Ride to the slowest rider. Warn the people behind you. Turn back for a stranger. Nobody wrote these down and every good club lives by them. We did not invent any of it — we built software around it.
Safety is a design decision, not a feature. Nothing in Calypr escalates without a rider confirming it. No silent alarms, no automatic calls. An app that cries wolf is worse than no app.
We would rather be corrected than clever. We are talking to clubs who have been running rides for longer than most apps have existed. When they tell us we have it wrong, we change it.
Calypr is built by Pelotrix Innovations Private Limited. We are starting in Delhi NCR because that is where we ride, and because the first hundred riders are recruited by hand on Sunday mornings — which is hard to do from another city.

LEGAL
Plain English. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will fix the wording, not just explain it.
Pelotrix Innovations Private Limited, the company behind Calypr, is the data fiduciary. Contact: support@pelotrix.com.
Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site. For a club: the club name, your name, your role, your city, a WhatsApp number, optionally an email and a page link, rough club size and ride frequency, what takes you the most time, and anything you write in the free text box. For an individual rider: your name, your city, one contact detail, and optionally what you ride.
We also record the date and time you submitted, and the version of the consent text you agreed to, because we have to be able to show what you consented to.
Contacting you about Calypr. That is the whole purpose. If you ticked the optional box, also occasional updates about Calypr — you can stop those without stopping the rest.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. We do not pass your number to another club. We do not use it to train anything.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@pelotrix.com from the address or number you gave us. We will act on it and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason, and nothing bad happens if you do.
If we have not handled your data properly, tell us first — support@pelotrix.com. If we have not resolved it, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If we change this policy in a way that affects what we do with details you have already given us, we will contact you before it takes effect.
